Messaging policy

SMS Terms & Conditions

Effective June 2, 2026

These SMS Terms & Conditions (“SMS Terms”) describe the text-messaging program operated by Lund's Trucking LLC (“Lund's,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By opting in (see Section 2) you agree to these SMS Terms. They are part of, and should be read together with, our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

1. About our messaging program

We use text messaging (SMS and MMS) for two business purposes only:

  • Customer & freight dispatch — communicating with shippers, brokers, and customers about quotes, loads, and shipments.
  • Driver & owner-operator recruiting — communicating with drivers who have asked to be considered for, or who are being onboarded into, a position with us.

Our messaging is strictly transactional and tied to an active or requested business relationship. We do not use SMS for mass marketing, promotions, or “spam,” and we do not send advertising text messages.

2. How you opt in (consent)

We send text messages only to people who have given us their mobile number and express consent to be texted. You provide that consent in one of the following ways:

  • On our website — by entering your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on our quote request form or our driver application form.
  • By texting us first — by sending a text from your mobile phone to our business number, (813) 666-0707.
  • On a signed application or carrier packet — by writing your mobile number on a driver application, carrier-broker packet, or onboarding document that includes SMS consent language.
  • Verbally — by giving us your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts during a phone call or in person.

Consent is not a condition of any purchase, freight service, or of applying for or being hired into any position. You can ask us to text you, or stop texting you, at any time (see Section 6).

3. Types of messages you may receive

Depending on your relationship with us, messages may include:

  • Customers / shippers: quote replies, rate confirmations, load and shipment status updates, pickup and delivery coordination, dispatch instructions, and billing or paperwork questions.
  • Drivers / owner-operators: application status, recruiting follow-up, scheduling, onboarding steps, and requests for required documents.

4. Message frequency

Message frequency varies. The number of messages you receive depends on the number of active quotes, loads, or recruiting and onboarding steps you have with us. These are recurring messages tied to your activity, not a fixed schedule.

5. Message & data rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.Lund's is not responsible for any charges from your wireless carrier. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. How to opt out — reply STOP

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message from us (you may also text END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT). After you send STOP, we will send one final message to confirm you have been unsubscribed, and you will not receive any further texts from that program unless you opt in again.

7. How to get help — reply HELP

8. Privacy — we don't sell or share your number

We do not sell or share your mobile phone number or your SMS opt-in consent with any third party or affiliate for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Your mobile information is used only to deliver the messages described above, and is shared only with the messaging and communications providers that help us send those texts. 9. Eligibility

Our messaging program is available to recipients in the United States. You must be the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide, and old enough to consent under applicable law.

10. Changes to these SMS Terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. We will post the new version here and update the effective date above.
