Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of lundsllc.com (the “Site”), operated by Lund's Trucking LLC (“Lund's,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Site.

1. About this site

This Site is informational. It describes Lund's Trucking's trucking and logistics services and lets you contact us. Nothing on this Site is a binding offer to ship freight, an employment agreement, or a guarantee of service availability, pricing, or driver hire.

2. Trucking services are separate

Any actual transportation, brokerage, warehousing, or logistics service we perform for you is governed by a separate written agreement (rate confirmation, master service agreement, carrier-broker agreement, or similar), our published rules tariff, and applicable federal regulations (49 CFR, FMCSA rules, the Carmack Amendment). The terms of that separate agreement control over anything on this Site if there's a conflict.

3. Quote requests & inquiries

Submitting a quote request through this Site is a request for a quote — not a binding order. We'll respond with pricing and availability; a shipment is only booked once we confirm in writing (email or rate confirmation). Estimates given here are good-faith estimates and may change based on lane conditions, fuel, accessorials, and final freight details.

4. Driver applications

Submitting a driver application through this Site means you're asking to be considered for a position. It does not create an offer of employment or any employment relationship. All hires are subject to DOT-required pre-employment screening, drug and alcohol testing, MVR review, employment verification, and other background checks.

Information you provide on a driver application must be truthful and complete. Misrepresentation is grounds for refusal to hire or for termination.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose;
  • Submit applications, quote requests, or messages on behalf of someone else without their permission;
  • Interfere with the Site, attempt to access non-public areas, or probe its security;
  • Scrape, mirror, or republish the Site's content without our written permission;
  • Upload malware or anything intended to disrupt the Site or its users.

6. Intellectual property

The Lund's Trucking name, logo, chevron mark, photography, and all original copy on this Site are owned by Lund's Trucking LLC or our licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, or use them without our written permission, except for personal, non-commercial reference.

7. Third-party links & services

The Site may link to third-party sites or use third-party services (for example, an embedded map). We don't control those sites or services and aren't responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability.

8. Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that information on it is current or accurate at any given moment.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lund's Trucking LLC and our owners, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits or lost data — arising out of or in connection with your use of this Site. Our total cumulative liability for any claim related to the Site won't exceed $100 (one hundred US dollars).

This Section 9 does not limit our liability under any rate confirmation, broker-carrier agreement, the Carmack Amendment, or other freight contract you have with us — those are separate documents with their own liability terms.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Lund's Trucking LLC harmless from any claim or demand arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about these Terms or the Site that isn't resolved informally must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Montgomery County, Ohio, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. We'll post the new version here and update the effective date at the top. Continuing to use the Site after we post a change means you accept it.
